I don’t think it’s all that easy to do an American sentence and make it meaningful. You have done exactly that. I hope you enjoy your reading time. I can relate to the urge.

Maybe we should see them more often. Remind us of the more uncomfortable truths of our existence.

Yes, you have made this one quite powerful. I love the fact that the skeletons are “everywhere.” I love the darkness and again, the brevity.
